Update:

Prior to the move to the New Lands, the Roadbuilders busied themselves in Preparation. Most left to settle the lands leave Kubrick behind to maintain Foundry and the Quarry.

Upon the move to the new lands, Kubrick found that none of the other Roadbuilders had made it. They had been lost in the Void. (this is referenced in Kubrick's IC journal entries)

The Roadbuilders have been commissioned and completed several Roads and other projects. With a calender full of more work.

Roadbuilders are really harmed on the road, because most in the land know of their efforts.
