Right now its up in the air if siege towers are allowed but it is assumable that they would be. This was a suggestion made by me and in no way reflects any rules. What ISN'T allowed is single block towers, period. These are what people have been using to access places.

I haven't seen a single shop like you have described. All the shops I have seen are legitimate. How would you possibly know that a shop is there only to protect the item they want to store?
If you don't like the system, you can always just leave... no one else seems to have a problem it. It's pretty arrogant to tell Yotta to chance rules based on the reason that you, and you alone, don't like them.

selling items at reasonable prices is fine. i have a shop about 75% full of arrows. i call it my "arrow shop"
Now if i run out of arrows there is no rule that says i cant go back to my "arrow shop" and take some arrows back if/when i need to use them.
If u cant then there would be no way of tracing that and u might aswell just enable chest protection lol
