I love the intracity and all the thought you have put into this. While reading through all of this, I was constantly reminded of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, The way you have it all planned out, I actually approve of this, even if it is my own stuff that gets stolen, this way we can have an entity to blame yet not putting the exact blame on one person at the same time, it's like the bad guy(s) of a fantasy story or something!
I'm astounded to think something like this wasn't though of sooner, but nevertheless, I think the role-playing aspect of the server will benefit greatly from this, and I can see future guilds being formed, maybe even guilds or groups that want to rid this guild, but if the guild is good enough, They will all fail
I'd like to congratulate you on your work here with this idea, and even if some or most people don't like this, I'm all for this. Also I am willing to keep any and all Identities safe if I was to ever find them out, on purpose or by accident.
