What you are trying to do is bend the rules and plugins to your guilds favor. Rather than build yourguild to rules favor. VIP plots are part of the game since townh is here, requesting that they be changed just so we have to pay tax is an illegetamant reason. The rules state that stealing is allowed, it never once said that you can't steal from VIP plots, give it your best shot, and of it doran work you are out of luck.
