Why do you deserve a second chance?: Yes, he did, but
  1. It was a subway to a abandoned town, because they we're moved.
  2. He wants to place all the rails back, because he knows he is wrong.

BTW:
Why is tristo999 banning people for stupid things like "Thats for killing me in my own house. Troll...", i thought this was a PvP server, so killing is allowed, isn't it?
