At droid: if i was you i shouldn't ask money for plots, but do let them ask for a slot, otherwise people will settle in town who you don't want to have settled in town. And taxes indeed are a good idea. Just 25 kiwi a week or something like that. Then you can easaly buy cobble for walls and roads!

Like to join a cool city who is soon growing out to the second biggest city of Helvantar? And has order and rules?
