Yotta, you should really enforce that mindset of yours more often. Doesn't matter if anyone can find a loophole, or if technically, someone isn't breaking the rules.
It's your server, you have full authority to do absolutely whatever you want. You're the dictator, we are all okay with that, you can ban/penalize people whenever you want, for whatever.
