Well, youtube have servers all around the globe anyway so just put the game videos on those servers. Problem solved.

See yotta, you didn't read the whole thing. Anyone found watching these videos or posting them on a foreign website without permission will be prosecuted, end of story. Something tells me the over 30,000 people X's channel stirred up will *probably* not let this bill have much of a chance. Btw, X= davidr64yt, very big let's player, he ran something like 100 minecraft videos and gained around 100,000 subs including myself. He also does WoW, Starcraft, SC2, and Castlevania, along with Half Life 2 and a few other things. Also includes Terraria.

No, that won't happen. Even if this gets through it's not like it would change anything. There is always workarounds.

Notch has already said that if this does happen that many gaming companies will most likely add something about Let's Play videos. Including Minecraft, if you haven't been paying attention to The Word of Notch.

This bill is for the US only really. We can't post videos of games and whatnot on both US and foreign servers. IDK but i don't think foreign people can post on our servers? But everyone else out of the US can watch and post as they please if they don't have any seperate laws in their own country.

Basically if this is passed Gaming Corporations who want their game promoted via Youtube or any other sharing website in the US, will have to change, or add onto their current Licence stating they allow players to post videos, or whoever they wan't to word it. If they do not, any and all videos on the Internet posted by US citizens, will be against the law.
Simply put bill, without all the hard to read wording and wall of text.
