Fullbright is in my opinion at least somewhat close to "Hacking", especially since a quick google shows that it is frequently packaged with other hacking tools (such as xray, noclip and fly). It's also been on the "griefing" page of the minecraft wiki for quite a while.

I don't understand how this is unfair gaming. Naamandre3 uses something extremely similar, and to my knowledge, Android uses a gamma control program (slightly different, similar purpose), and the minimap mod has essentially the same purpose: finding your way around minecraft.

I agree with Rob, there are loads of mods that are allowed on kiwike lots with this purpose if people are botherd to get them it is but if you can't get them in most cases it is there own fault.
