((Well, they did a lot, they gave it to us. (during the vermilion dominion we would help them with their town though) I think territories is going to be awful with claiming land. I mean, there could be nomads living on those biomes then bam, "THIS NATION NOW OWNS YOU". And for places like this, that are controlled by people who can't make a nation, will end up causing a ton of flaming and crap.
