This isn't about your opinion Pavja2

Now it is.

Since there was no written rule against it, it wouldn't be fair to ban them. I just want my town and stuff back. Bad enough they said I could keep a store in Cornerstone then loot it when I couldn't protect it.

RE: Hammerfall
I'm going to have to agree with Android on this one.
Winning a way like that is unfair to the citizens of the town.
And Cornerstone, Pwol, Nlewis, You know good and well that you shouldn't just let someone who isn't in rule of the town (He left him assistant) join the nation, it is unjust.
It is not against the rules, granted, therefore there should be no banning.
But the return of this town in my opinion should be granted, wether cornerstone argues or not, it was not his town to give away to Cornerstone, and he should not of.

RE: Hammerfall
While I see both sides of the story here entirely, for RP value overthrowing a government by taking power is completely legal, and has happened throughout history. It's also unfair to the people of the town. I believe that the residents should have the option to take their stuff back and take down their houses but the power should stay with DJ since there really is no rule that says you cannot do this.

RE: Hammerfall
I believe as a compromise to all residents, a 48 hour (or more, or less) period should be allocated where they can choose to remove all their belongings from their personal chests from Hammerstone with no threat whatsoever to their lives. Until this time allocation is over, no one is to touch anyone's chest unless it belongs to themselves. A certain, negotiated amount of gold can also be given as reparations, as is custom in many countries around the world, even in the present day. Former residents can then choose whether or not they would like to apply officially to the town, knowing full well that they might not be accepted in, as discretion by the Cornerstone Empire and DJFuzz.

I feel, being the negotiator I am, that this would be both fair from an RP/overthrow point of view and a former resident's point of view, who is scared of losing their items.

To be clear, this was in its entirety a planned operation, and it was not just a random change of mind by DJFuzz. A random change of mind would be unfair, I understand, but this was a full covert operation designed specifically to cripple the members of Hammerstone because they split off from the Cornerstone Empire. We warned them on many occasions that consequences would follow if they chose to leave Cornerstone for an enemy nation.

RE: Hammerfall
If cornerstone has dropped so low to pull of such a stunt to capture a town so be it.
This may have little to no effect on any of Cornerstone, But if they wish to act so lowly, I am proposing an embargo between Nosaka and Cornerstone (Not Helvanthar). This means there will be no trade whatsoever between My town and your nation.

RE: Hammerfall
These covert operations happen in real life around the world. What people don't realize that simply killing the enemy in real life would solve issues, and there is no need for invasion and so one. A small Navy Seal team could get the job done. In Minecraft however, invasion is necessary or else the leaders will just re-spawn. On the topic of Bin Laden, can you imagine what would happen if Osama Bin Laden just re-spawned in Afghanistan? ahahaha

It may not be fun, fair, or right, but it is legal, and justice, in all developed countries, stands above government, and therefore is not able to be compared to whats "fair". Hammerfall split from Cornerstone, and Cornerstone regained lost territory. This was not a revenge act, nor was it some random invasion. This was a specially laid out plan from when we first got intelligence onto the topic, to plant DJFuzz in there, let him grow, and then destroy the city from the inside. This was in no way a sporadic event, it was instead a carefully laid out operation, that worked faster and better than planned.

Again, I speak not in the name of Cornerstone, nor any other nation, and as Kiwike's neutral person, I believe that this method was both far more effective and fast than any other

RE: Hammerfall
Regaining lost territory? That would suggest Hammerfall was a part of Cornerstone before, which it was not.
