Potato cannons

I have 2, the small one has a 4' long barrel with a 1 foot combustion chamber, a bit smaller than the one in the video, and has a range of 1000 feet with an apple. It made a clean hole in my old garage door, and could easily kill or seriously injure somebody. It is very awesome.

My big one... Now that's a whole other story.

It is very loud. If you've ever shot a 20 gauge shot gun, that's about how loud it is. It would blow somebody's head off with a direct hit. It is about 8 1/2' long, and I would never fire it from my shoulder so I had to make a tripod for it. I put a 6' barrel on it with a 2 1/2' combustion chamber, and my dad was afraid the potato would get stuck in the barrel because it was too long. He couldn't be more wrong. The power within this cannon is immense, I take pride in the fact that I own a full on cannon. SoMuchWin

I' ve built my lot of them, but these guys think it's a toy, in their part two video they shoot a waterbucket standing on a bench next to a guy and probably more, I stopped watching after that.
