The Nation of Helvanthar

Question: How will division of citizens among towns work out? The reason I ask is that New Rapture has to be big because of the four districts, and seeing as nobody has shown interest in joining yet, I don't know if I'll be allowed to make it as large as I plan to (or even make it at all).

Well, it's going to be complicated. I don't feel the need to force people into joining the various towns of Helvanthar. To become an official town of kiwike, you need to fill out the application and be approved but I see no reason to delay construction until then. As more people come, more will join your town and you will become a server official town. Through this whole process you will still be an official district of Helvanthar.

I would like to formally announce that, untill further notice and/or IG circumstances change, the Cerantian Empire now recognizes the nation of Helvanthar as a nation who's aim is parralell to that of the Empire. As such, I, Cerce Eugene Tentones I, Current Emperor of Cerantia, pledge to aid the Republic of Helvanthar in any and all goals that do not contradict the laws of Cerantia and do not lead directly into an armed confrontation with a nation that is not a formal enemy of the Empire. This is done withought the aid of the Senate, and I allone will bear the consequences of any negative outcome due to this decision. The Senate may or may not vote to revoke this decision when the first Senatorial term is filled. This is not a declaration of alliance or a non-agression pact; it is merely a formal recognition of Helvanthar and that Cerantia will aid Helvanthar in any mutualy benificial goal.

Oh, and Android - did you make the legislative branch after I made the Cerantian Senate? If so, I would ask that you change it at least slightly. If not, please inform me so that I can make appropriate changes to the Cerantian Senate reguarding their powers and how they are ellected, as they bear a remarkable resemblance to each other in the fact that it is the House of Commerce, inferring that they make laws reguaridng the economy (which is exactly what the Senate does), and they are voted based on the population of every 5 people in a city (again, exactly like the Senate). I didn't realize this untill recently, and I would like to not be a coppy cat if you did this first.

Not sure when you came up with the idea but I had been talking about this since the map prior to the one we're on now. The map w/ Droidopolis and such. When I say talking about I mean of course 'selling' my nations to towns that may be interested, such as Oak City w/ minecr4ft as the leader.

OK, so first off your list is wrong with its gender ratio. Let the record show That SnowPrincess37 is Female. Quite possibly the only girl on the entire server might i add. Secondly neither SnowPrincess37 or Icemanking or Myself are aligned with any planned nation for Kiwike 2.0 at the moment.

Thank you for informing me. I simply added the population list supplied to me by Krieg. Also, as far as the gender list goes, and as I am not notified by any other, it is hard to tell via typing and such.

I am not in the current position to update so expect that soon.
