Really guys, your making this worse for yourself. This right here? This is flaming. I dont hate you guys, sure your Grandies, but I dont hate you. You are getting into a lot more trouble. Yotta has already said the ban should have been 3 days, which already says he agrees with Kygas decision to ban you. Kyga does what he can to make the server a better place, and banning you guys for two days will make it a lot better for a lot of people for these next two days.

Kygas evidence? Screenies (mods dont post em in forums for admins to see, they send em to em), the mods decision (which is enough right there), and others who were there and saw it all happen. Theres a good 20 people on at a time, they are also good evidence right there.

I also request a lock on this thread.

The twenty people who where one the server all sided with Kyga along the way. Which i'm not getting into.
I love you to Asdf, your a great friend. But the least you can do is review the evidence, read the post, and actually go investigate what happened. If you haven't seen my thread already I have all the pictures there, go take a look. Choose your side, although I'm sure I know which one you will choose.
Don't take this personally, But i'm quite fed up with all this stuff with Kyga. And I ask anyone was not on, or just feels like posting their opinion solely on what they have seen on the forums, to just stand down and let this play out.

And question, How will banning us for Two days make it so much better for all of Kiwike? Heck the only thing I ever say in Global until Kyga gets on and starts up a conversation is "Hai", and answer questions for people. Whats the problem in that?

Edit: Forgot about Mr.Pav you see, As what he said is right, kyga was using Mod disrespect in every warning, Warnings that were not relating to the main body of the text, saying we had disrespected him, Well. how can you not disrespect someone who does something like that or how can you not say the truth, when kyga says its flame

Haha! I just looked at all the pictures, about half of em towards the end were Kyga warning you, nothing more. All he would say was 'Last Chance', and you replied with 'Another threat!' and kept giving him more reasons of why to ban you. Those pictures are not helping you. You were clearly flaming, a lot more than I've seen. Flaming isnt directly insulting some one, its denying them, which is exactly what you were doing. You thought he wouldnt do anything, he gave you multiple LAST warnings. You shoulda dropped it way before. And as to Spam being banned earlier on, he was definitely flaming. Not only that though, I witnessed spam disrespecting a few times today already, and it was pretty bad too. I could see how Kyga was holding in what he wanted to say, and just tried to drop it, but spam being spam had to continue it as long as possible. Seriously, you guys are making it worse, this is hard flaming going on right here, that will be here forever. Your sigs are pretty bad and are definitely mod disrespect, Kyga was simply passing the word to you guys and you refused to listen.

Clearly not flaming, yet stating the flaws in kyga's Ban as you just did point out there, He did threaten us directly with each warning,

Banning people for disrespect or using mod powers to intimidate people is a little bit less than beneficial for the server environment. Complaining about moderators in global also is. Keep your hating on the forums or in /msg and kiwike will be a happier place. Ban people for spamming global with nonsense, not for hurting moderator feelings, mods with feelings should not exist.
