I've seen a few informal, amateur reviews on places like Youtube.
They do work, but unless you're used to working on the computer for extended periods of time you probably won't notice the difference. Essentially they're just going to help keep your eyes from feeling dry or tired. They're not worth their original pricing of ~$200+, but you can find them a lot cheaper nowadays.
