You can get banned for having a personality that the moderators don't like? Perhaps that's why the number of players is down?

I'm sorry, I thought you were here to make your point as to why you should be unbanned. Which would involve arguing your point

Alright fine:
"It's not in the rules because it's common sense. If someone is intended to break a rule, it would be in the best interest of everyone for everyone if you had reported it, rather than seeming to endorse the action."

With people nowadays I think every little thing should be in the rules and not have a "rule of thumb" system. Common sense isn't that common any more. Who said I was looking out for everyone? Maybe I'm only going to do things that benefit me and disregard other people's needs. How was I endorsing any action?

"I find it hard to believe that the resources for this were just lying around, and I highly doubt that you didn't see a mod during the planning of the grief. I really don't know what you mean by "...resources for this were just lying around" And I did not see a mod during the griefing process. it was around 2 A.M. if my memory serves. So we were about the only ones on and as far as I know there was no planning involved. As for the legal systems, this is minecraft, there is no one defined set of rules for everyone to follow, which is why there should be a very clear and concise posting of the rules on one's server/fourms. Kiwikie's rules have a lot of gray areas.

"And, finally, you still have yourself to blame about your appeal, if you wanted to appeal, you shouldn't have done something as stupid as posting that"

Assuming you're talking about the "midlands grief" thread then and the comment were I wrote the N-word about 30 times. Then yes I did kick myself in the head on that one didn't I? I'll agree it was very immature, but once again, that was one of the only times I have ever acted up and it was on the fourms (not in game). It wasn't even directed at any one (some may have even found it funny). Look at some of the people on this server who have said things that are directed at people (in game) and they haven't gotten into any trouble for it, just a warning.

A display of blatant immaturity suggests quite obviously that more displays of the same kind will be shown.
And the player count isn't down because of banned players. At a certain point, enough butthurt is enough. Get over it.

Dude, just lock the thread. I just got done with the third page, and I agree. Enough butthurt is enough. I don't need to read the rest.

Should probably add that to the rules then - that if a moderator thinks that you are immature / have a personality type that they dislike then they are allowed to ban you because they suspect you will break the rules in the future.

It makes sense - if we ban all the players who could potentially break the rules before they do then no one will ever break the rules. Heck, why don't we just write a mod that bans people once they log in? Save everyone some time and protect the server from those darn potentially immature people.

XD Yes, you do indeed have a point. I think you're ignoring the issue at hand, though, and if you're pavja, I wouldn't be surprised given your history of general ignorance.

Pretty sure it's still just Crash speaking to himself.

Is that so? Last time I checked, you have to ability to look at account IP's.

But once again, bravo on the condescending, uninformed, and biased assumption!

RE: Ban Appeal (Hear me out)
It's not Crash. Whoever is operating it is using a proxy IP, but given that the person shares Pavja's views and is on Pavja's time zone, I think it's pretty obvious who it is.
