Rules or not, Being a dick is just unacceptable. If you can't ban someone for doing that and being a total douche bag, then what else can you get away with.

Exactly, and "Being a Douche" is in clear violation with rules, so smush him with that banhammer, or at least make him tear his structure down.

Trolls are douchebags.
Douchebags are not allowed.

Thus, douchebags are banned. Perhaps it makes sense with that simplistic logic of mine. Technicalities are annoying, and for goodness sake, leave yottabyte alone. Trying to prove a point by "using" him is just going to lead to people playing "tug-o-war" with what he thinks is bannable and what is not.

Robert, those rules are VERY outdated and I thought people knew the 2.0 rules. Maybe it was a mistake to let donators on without reading the rules when we first started 2.0. You should know the rules as people agree to them when applying to join. The minecraftforums are down but the rules can always be found in game using /rules.

Outposts are a part of Towny, he made an outpost outside of a town, I can't see why that would be breaking any rules. Sure, it may be a dick move but he isn't being a douchebag just because of that. It's an in-character move and has nothing to do with being nice to people.

Edit: If rules 1&2 where to apply to every dick move we would have to ban people for stealing and killing too. Common sense, use it.

I've seen Suba ban people for rule 1 and 2.
Android as well Fitz.
But if you insist on not banning this Douche, the make him tear it down. Its defiantly a clear violation of the rules, and if it is not, it should be.

And yet Yotta, you say that flyhacking is forbidden As Kiwike Rules state, yet Tristo continues. And Tristo, Yotta's decision is final, but since this is a discussion, he has a right to listen to everyone.

The question of legality is not disputed, as he did it, seemingly in accordance with rules. But you do need to think outside the box as not every issue is by the book. What you are saying is that one would be able to completely immobilise every single nation in Kiwike if we had the amount of money, by surrounding every city with outposts? Sure it can be done in real life, but in real life we would have the means to fight back, not being held back by a wimp hiding behind magic, repairing walls.

PS Tristo, though I respect you as a mod, it feels like you are trying to override everyone's opinions just to prove your own point. I love Kiwike and still do, but its vastly deteriorating over people acting like Jyanowitz and getting away with it.
