Because of the lack of end-game choiches.
I think the Brotherhood of Steel are jerks but the game still force Me to work with them.
Unless you have Broken Steel that is.

And you Can so simply Tell between the Good guys and the Bad guys. F3 is a fairytale where the White knights in shiny armor fight the Evil Enclave. But they are all Wielding power armor.

But dont get Me wrong, i love F3 but i did not quite fit in my list.
