Contest World?

Me and a few others were thinking it might be fun to have a second, small world were you could make contests every week. Contests like "Most Elegant Home" and "Most Orginized Town" where you can go into that world from a place in Mavenholm. The world would only be able to be entered in a few hours a day and who ever wins it gets say 10 gold or something. You would be able to spawn items in this world so its just all how you build it. Idk I think it might be something fun to keep people interested.
