It's a portal plugin. For those of you who don't understand, it lets you make red and blue portal guns, which will teleport you to the opposite portal you placed.
I'm really not sure how well this works on multiplayer with others destroying your portals and all, but it's just a suggestion.

Yogscast made a vid on the Portal thing. I was suprised on how well it worked.

I wouldnt want anything like that on Kiwike tho.
