A new admin? What do you think?

My choice was Naam or Kyga, but I picked Naam for RP, not because Kyga doesn't RP (because he does) but because Naam is the RP mod on the forums and having an RP admin would pull new people to RPing I guess. But let's say if Kyga was the RP mod I would have voted for him.

Suba= inactive so I don't really now what's good bout him
Kyga=most active mod out of all of them.
Tristo=Funny guy very likable mod. Good with handling tuff situations
Namm=best role player on the server, (in my eyes) good for kiwike.
Stug=LOLWUT y u here. Seeks justice and always trying to better kiwike.

If people want my two cents in here aswell.
I'll go ahead and post my view for the community to see. Afterall moderators are suppost to do that. Establish law and order in a community to avoid bad things from happening. and while there add it make the players have a great time to right?
This also means that the community should have a pick or vote in things. If they think we should need more moderators or admins. seeing moderators are the ones they have to go to when something is wrong. And personally i rather go to someone who i like more then someone just appointed by the mods.

Now for the actually thing itself.
First up do i think we need a new admin?

I think we do. No disrepect to yotta or droid. they both are great admins and coders.
But that’s also the problem. We have a thriving community of 20-40 active people and i do think that 2 admins might be to little to control that group specially seeing they are both coding kiwikeships. Of course we have moderators for basic things. But anything beyond has to be forwarded to a admin. This is why i think a 3rd admin might not be a bad idea.

Seeing the suggestion of droid. It might indeed be better to increase staff as a whole and hand out specifying tasks.
But with the recent identity crisis being brought up (Quantity vs Quality roleplay or not etc.) Before we go around spreading more people in more positions. it might be a smart idea to orientate what we want as a server and as a community

Now for who i would pick myself?
I would vote upon Kyga.
He's a honest active and well willing player for the server.
Who would do well when in a position with more power
