Appeal: Pavja2

As some of you might not or might know.
Pavja2 was recently banned for suspected x-ray.

I for myself have not yet cleared him off accusation.
And would like to hear and see the prove he has to provide.
Cause he stated:

Better question is why did u and ur bro have that many gold blocks stored away?

Were u an x-rayer and thought u would add them gradually to not gain suspicion before u got modded up?

Umm because he didn't want it in his bank so people wouldn't make stupid assumptions like you just did.

The gold was all mine and not my bro's.
Lets make that clear first.

Shooting up from 2000 to 6000 even if it might be gradually or instance would have caused trouble.
Specially if it went up with chunks of 200 or more,

The way i did this? Simple steal and raid.
I mined some of it. not sure how much. I have an exsentive branchmining system up northwest in the kiwike map for that

The reason i did not store it?
I did not feel like doing so. more gold means more people asking more from me.
And people ask for enough favors, and i give out enough to projects already.
This all was meant to go to future events i am/was planning

Actually, you all know he doesn't X-Ray, you're all just pissed that he has successfully stolen from each of you, an you want him gone for that. Not cool guys, not cool.

Robert, please don't attempt to flame here. We want justice to be served because we may have an x-rayer on our hands. I personally would like Pavja to stay because he enhances the RP aspect of the server, but if he indeed x-rayed, as it seems obvious that he did, he should be permabanned. None of us wants your opinion, so don't give it unless it is a matter that directly concerns you, which this does not.
