Kiwike texture pack for 1.7

Since there isn't really a texture pack that can replace the official Kiwike pack, I decided to update it.

It's 32x so you have to patch your Minecraft for HD textures.

The new textures are mainly from Doku and some are from John Smith. I know the pistons don't really fit the other textures but it works.

Also, this isn't "official". I do not have any plans on updating this later on.

95% of the textures are from Gerudoku which isn't updated anymore. I just took new textures from other packs and put them in there to make it 1.7.3 compatible.
