Yes, but the fact stays the same. It will only ruin the server for new players. It would become an elitist thing where the person who grinds the most wins.

Yeah, that would almost over-power the game.
The only way the aspect would even me remotely even is if a Exp cap is put per day. But I'd rather not go through the trouble with that since Notch is adding a whole bunch of features in 1.8, one of which Includes Exp just no specific reason.
