Decleration of War : Cicatrix, Terra

Due to Spying on Nosaka lands, and Attacks by Littleblackout on Citizens of Nosaka.
Intentus is going to war with Cicatrix, and Terra.
I do not ask for them to post on here, sign it, etc. All I ask is that this thread stay as flame free as possible.
Oh, and as for Helvanthar. I would like to leave the rest of Helvanthar out of this, but if you would like to get involved it is your choice.

I'm sorry, why are we declaring war on Terra? Also, it's Declaration, not Deceleration, Celly.

And Terra is part of Helvanthar. We are certainly not declaring war on Helvanthar.

Good. We obviously have much to discuss.

I would like to say that as of now, the Terra portion of this declaration is not supported by me. This may change.
