Hold on for a minute there, I haven't seen a lot of these people in a long time. Something is fishy.

Edit: Town application denied. Lots of inactive people on that list.

Town application accepted again however, as the inactive people on this list weren't the actual ones that were counting towards the making of the town. As well as that, they hadn't actually added these inactive people to their town in game, and never intended to.

This is not similar to the events of The Grand, and they are perfectly fine in doing what they had done.
