also don't make a HEAD military officer, it never works and half the time they have no idea what they're doing. Also, allow your citizens to marshall themselves, it works much better.

Commanders:appointed by droid for each town
soldier:.....duh. they just fight when needed.
civilian:is not called to fight unless a draft act is passed by droid
mayors of towns can nominate a commander droid gives ok

this is how they're fought: a town mayor or popular citizen or someone with the balls to stand up begins marshalling anyone he can find, then they begin having siege warfare .
so far that way has worked really well.

Im not taking sides, Im not saying either of you are right, Im telling you how it is you act. You DO act superior to everyone else, you put everyone else down, and criticize everything. Just because you have over 1000 forum replies does not make you an authority.
Asdf, did you even read Android's post, or any other post asking for the flaming to stop for that matter? Drop it. This is meant to be a discussion of politics, not frivolous quarrels. I just used English words, so you know I mean business.
Anyways, I agree with Cell that this is far too complicated of a system. Not too complicated to comprehend, mind you, but too complicated for a Towny nation. Keeping track of who has what position would get rather hectic, I think, and we really don't have enough fighting, active citizens to implement this sort of system.
