You can't inherit things from your old character. The point of taking it all away when moving on to a new character is that it's meant to be a penalty. If you inherit everything, where's the penalty?

You guys did a horrible job at explaining that Revamped is a COMPLETELY new world. Of which nothing else had existed, nothing we know of anyway. I like to consider it a different planet in the universe.

You're forgetting the fact the world.
Has been re-created, cleansed in a way, caused by him.
So, no belongings could have survived..
