Smart Moving Mod

I saw this mod yesterday on the Yogscast channel, but I have known about it for quite some time. Never thought it would go server-wide, but it did.

This mod allows for you to move more freely around Minecraft and not be limited to Sprinting, two high gaps, and one high jumps. It would allow for a new aspect of travelling in Minecraft, bringing a new sense to the game. An example would be trying to escape from an enemy, and not just running across an area hoping for him to make a mistake, or run out of food. Instead you could dive off a cliff, fast swim away, and make your way up a mountain.

Pros

-A new variety of movement
-Makes fighting more skillful
-A whole new way of Sneaking, being an assassin (Crawling, Etc)
-Chases : Amazingly Fun

(Add more as they are thought up)

Cons

-Requires client side mod
-New sprinting energy (Some may oppose to it being good)

(Add more as they are brought up or thought of)

Thoughts on it? Is it good, is it bad? How will it work out on Kiwike? I personally would love to have this put in to add a better aspect of raiding, planning out, etc.

Would have said add but it requires client mods so im pretty sure we would never get it.

Spoutcraft is technically client side, or a client in its self Laugh

We could just allow it right? No need to force people to install the mod.

That would be possible to Crazy. Problem is some would complain about someone else having it and them not.

Some people can't have mods. I don't know why they can't tho...
They usually never say that. Maybe they don't know how.
