You mean if I write to someone with 30 letters. There are 29,970 left for others to use in total or 30,000 in every letter?

People would just start using global or /tell again.

Maybe like an in game recycling system (later in the ages when the letters get used up)
that rewards you or something, 20 traded letters = 2gn
with a time limit so that you cant farm gold that way? No?

How do other servers deal with this problem which have this mod?

Letters are free to write though, so you can get free money that way.
