I've only noticed it with Mod's tp-ing to me, but that's only them just not getting "downloaded" yet. Probably the same thing, nothing new move along.

I've seen this bug in the Kiwike 1.5-something-map and 2.0. Donno what causes it though.

You decided to revive this to say that? I thought it was on purpose with the mods though, but it does happen consistently with teleporting as well as re spawning so yeah it probably is just the character downloading. I guess I just never noticed on kiwike 2.0 :/
