It's pretty difficult to guess when I will have a ban to deal with so I can spend more time online. I also live a very busy life outside of Kiwike so while I may be on a ton one week and not in at all the next. I always appeal immediately after I discover I have been banned but that may occasionally take a bit of time.

That was not the first time I had accessed those chests. Like I said before, I had found the chests and made a note about them on the 2nd of January after doing a great deal more digging around your base but the chests were locked and you al were not online so I could not pick them.

Is there something wrong with the moderator tools then, because I definitely extensively investigated that base on the 2nd of January. I don't think I have any screen shots (I am away from my computer currently) but I have the exact date and time written down so it should be easily confirmed...

We're using new tools now, and the old ones were better imo.

And the logs of other blocks on the wall don't show that I had accessed them on the 2nd of January? That is really strange. Could you check to see if there were blocks on top of the chests that were destroyed before then, I'm pretty sure there was dirt or cobble or something covering at least some of those chests the first time I found them. Also if you check the basement there should be some other blocks I destroyed around the same time, there is a piston door to the basement that I am sure Cell or Gecko could direct you to.

So, the records show that you first accessed the area on February 2nd.. The fact remains, however, that you only dug the blocks necessary to reach the hidden chests, so the argument stands.
