Non Rp killing!

I feel as this is going nowhere, and really can't be... moderated.
Everyone has their own RP, allowing for their own reasons to kill/murder someone in-game. Wether the other feels it was justified, is another story.

The three towns are clearly either allied or part of a sort of confederation - especially considering I've heard characters refer to 'the Capitol'.

Whether or not this raid is considered war, or an act of war - the same rules should hypothetically apply if it were a raid on the group of towns as a whole. I'd hope the rules aren't dead strict as one would believe - allowing for reasonability to shine through to make a proper judgement.

asdf had still never spoken to me in game before and could have no idea who I was. The only tie I had to bowser was that I was standing in a town near his which doesn't even mean I am part of it, I could have been a person travelling through. It doesn't exclude the fact that it was a non-rp killing.

Then it would appear that you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Simple mistake of fact on part of his character - hardly anything to get really worked up over :/ I mean, it was a raid after all. Assuming his character has a legitimate reason to raid, and knew the location of the towns (relating them to bowser is easily justifiable, but that's not the problem) there shouldn't really be an RP problem here.

Whether or not you are simply very upset about getting killed over an in-character misunderstanding, which I'm sure you are as I would be too, that is nothing Asdf should be banned over.

Crash non-rp killing is against the rules, I don't think you understand that because there's many cases on the support thread and in ooc where you have done it too so maybe you should go check the rules again.

This aggression against me seems unnecessary in this thread and I would ask for a lock if this sort of argument proves to become even more degenerative.

Crash for one all chests were untouched and two there's aggression towards you because you keep non-rp killing too. He was also on his own and it didn't seem like a raid as he entered no houses.

No it's not my opinion, in a raid you would think he would go for chests in the house but he didn't. Although you have no notion of the event as you weren't there so please go to the other thread to complain and let asdf speak for himself.

I WAS raiding. You know, killing, I looked in the chests I could find but the two that were untouched we're locked. All of the others where empty, atleast the ones I found. Plus, the raid was more to attack the people, for revenge.

I'm sorry if I'm bumping the wrong thread here. I just want to get this word out there, since this "non-rp killing" complaining just keeps going on and on.

Bowser, Smythie, Archprince, Leech and everyone else in this future nation. Here's what I want you to do:
Stop complaining to the mods about "non-rp" kills. It's pretty obvious to anyone that the dwarves and co (Crash, Ian, Skote, Cell and all them) do not like you. You do not like them. They keep coming to your town, and they have already given their reasons to why they do it. There's no reason to complain about them breaking the rules, because they aren't.

What I want you to do instead is man the fuck up. Stop thinking of the server mods as your body guards banning people who attack you, like it's part of the server to be banned every time you kill someone. It's not. You have to fight back. You can't just stand there seeing your crops being stolen, men being killed, children kidnapped, and then just say "oh dont worry guys we will get these people banned soon enough". That's exactly what we do not want happening on the server. Your characters have to fight back. Recruit people, raise an army to be summoned upon one of these "raids". Get food, armor and weapons ready. Stock up on wheat and keep it safe. Winter is coming.
