RE: Unofficial Ban Appeal-TheGreatNut
I agree with TheGreatNut, and even if no one does, he should at least get shortened due to simple ignorance. I never heard it established that leaving stuff to despawn is illegal.

In RP news, tensions are sparking between the two allied forces. These tensions already bring raid, and this would count as a raid.

A grief is something that interrupts ones play of a game. Whether or not Nut took the wheat does not difer how the victim of the raid feels. Sometimes after I go through my loot after a raid, I throw some stuff out. This is all the same. Do you want to ban me?

BTW, he meant Coras.

What you did does not benefit the victim or yourself, hence it is rather non-rp like. It is similar to someone emptying a chest and letting the items despawn.

It does fit rp since I am at war with leech and the rest of Bowser's nation, and they have a surplus of bread and other crops, it makes since for me to want to disrupt their supplies via destroying said crops.

There is no official nations nor wars yet. This would make sense in a proper war during Age III or later.

Well regardless my character is still angry with Bowser and his freinds and wants to take it out on them and their neighbors, and regardles of nations my character has a personal vandeta with them and the people around which they live, and will do anything to cause them misfortune.

Bowser isn't a character.

Ok ok he has a vandetta with Coras.

People get grieved, they get fed up and leave.

Hopefully you understand why we have an anti-grief mentality. Also, a ban should be lengthened for pure ignorance, not shortened.

From what I heard, Coras has only been kind to your character.

From what I can tell, this is a repeat of what happened with bowser himself some time ago. See here:

EDIT: Oh, wait, bowser tried to harvest them - this was blatantly malicious, albiet in an RP-themed way. Malicious intent is still malicious. Take the destruction of the 'Cerantian Power', or setting fire to a town. It is possible, and can be explained with roleplay - but OoC malicious intent is still there.

This is hardly just pure ignorance. This was simply one being misinformed. On the day Android raided Amberwood and crop griefed its farm, Crop Griefing was declared legal. No new information towards the subject had been announced towards the rules against crop griefing.

If you want to make some illegal or not, you need to tell the community of your decision so they know to follow your rules. You can not punish us for something you failed to inform.

Sean; calm down. Picking fights only makes admins waive the 'Admins are always right' clause. Make a descriptive post detailing exactly what you find wrong, and make it as detached as possible. It's how I got stealing KiwiShips against the rules, and it's how many others have gotten their point across. I know I've recently made a lot of yelling over copyright, and I was wrong in that - I should have specifically contacted Android and Yotta first - but I would highly advise that you do this the right way.

So just because had an ooc reson to do this makes my rp invaled? Also I wasn't even warned that crop griefing in anyway is illeagal. And on this server the rules are changed to often after a crime is commited. When I destroyed those crops I had heard nothing that said it was illeagal, therfore there is no reson I sholud have bene banned. Also one rp reason for my character to hate Coras was for his lack of action agianst the constant raids, another that he would not allow me to defend myself or my people against them.

So; you are saying that if I haven't been told that killing someone is wrong, and I kill someone, I shouldn't be punished?

RE: Unofficial Ban Appeal-TheGreatNut
I quote Rule 2.2:

There are some blocks that are not considered building blocks and may be stolen at any time:
- Iron Block / Ore
- Gold Block / Ore
- Diamond Block / Ore
- Lapis Lazuli Block / Ore
- TNT
- Wheat (Please do replant it if you have the time)
- Melons, pumpkins (only if next to a stem)

You did not steal it. You destroyed it.
