I apologize if my ban appeal is incorrectly formatted.

I am being banned for suspected use of an x-ray mod.
(For a bit of background) I am currently using the downloadable version of "Rei's Minimap" (from when I first downloaded it from StaffofHappiness) and using an endermen hunter skin to match my rp story.
I would appreciate the evidence of the charges being brought to me, with screenshots or eyewitness accounts of my "suspected x-ray mod" accusations, or any evidence/info at all. Please do so with utmost care as I would like to get back to playing on Kiwike and have the opportunity to play with my friends online once again.

Right. Well what i had found was you digging into a hidden chest room with removing any blocks surrounding the chest, but those above the chests itself. These chests are visible and where not protected by the anti-xray making them able to be seen via a xray hack.
I have also checked that the owner of the chests was not online at the time. Meaning you couldn't have seen the chest by them being in there at the time.

I was under the impression that suspected xraying players were closely monitered by mods after a first suspicious act?

Yeah, as Idie mentioned, this seems rather different from previous cases like pavja. We have had lots of evidence for most banned for x-ray. Not saying that this is good evidence, just that it seems a lot less conclusive then had it been looked into further before banning.

In reply to DjFuzz's evidence of my x-raying...I would like to deny any thought of x-ray mods or texture packs installed and used by me.

Now to explain myself: Yes I was previously at the location in which you speak, Dj. It all began on June 23rd (my time) where I was curious as to explore other spawn points besides the icenfjord (I'll try to censor what I can to protect locations, but it will not belay the explanation...I hope). As you may have known, I was formerly a member under Promethia and lived in Eon (Lord Coras', Riskae's, and Sahure's town). HOWEVER, I soon betrayed them and they betrayed me so I was evicted. Hence, having no place to stay, I chose solitude because I was previously invited there too (but I left there too).
Afraid I was going to be KOS'd by members of Promethia (the nation I was FORMERLY under), I wanted to change my spawn point from the icenfjord to another place because staying at the icenfjord spawn would give them an opportunity to KOS me if they so desired (or so I thought.)
This is when, I went to the Inn to use as place of "refuge" then I decided to travel to *(the spawn point nearest to the alleged scene of the "crime")* (censored to protect location). Thus becoming the beginning of my travels, where I met a fellow named ed_50 and he agreed to accompany me for safe travels as we embarked upon going to (spawn point)
On our way to (previously stated spawn point) We happened to stumble upon a ravine of sorts and fell into it due to lag, We saw torches, some furnaces and a crafting table, with not much else, thinking it was abandoned or a temporary base for use. Looking for a way out without a pickaxe, I harvested some of the dirt at the base of where I fell in which we would use to scaffold (temporary escape) and be broken once we got out. However, upon breaking (as I recall...) 3 dirt blocks, I saw what looked to be a room with chests.
Of course, being curious, I opened each one and discovered "materials" that could be of use to me. (I will leave it at that to protect belongings of chest owner). Once I had taken some belongings, ed recalled the traditional rules of raiding: to leave as little evidence as possible and placed the dirt blocks back for me. (I believe he did not take any belongings to the chest owner, though I can't be completely certain).
Following that, we still needed a way to get out and it only occurred to us RIGHT THEN that we were standing in a ravine with DIRT encasing parts of the walls, which could be easily broken and built up to get out of. So, we dug dirt stairs and replaced the dirt blocks, and being (what some may call “sneaky”) we noticed that the top of where we made the stairs, were dirt and so we waited for the grass to spread onto it to cover our tracks.
After even more exploring, we found a *(device used for transportation, NOT IN the overworld)*(censored to protect location of the alleged crime). Hence, we traveled by nether back to *(a place of refuge)*(censored to protect location of materials) so I could store my belongings and ed and I could get on with going to (spawn point). Ed thought it best to go back to the inn via *(device used for transportation)* for less ground to cover and so the trip to (spawn point) would be faster, while also stopping to buy some locks to protect my newly acquired materials.
And with that, my day concluded and I logged off…It should be noted that I am still at said place of refuge where my materials are stored, and I had not gotten the opportunity to venture back to (previously stated spawn point).
I hope this clears things up and if you need any specifics, I will PM them to you, please feel free to ask! As I mentioned before, I am eager to start playing on Kiwike: Revamped again with my friends and see where my RP story goes…
