RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
It is on topic. Plots are supposed to be the chest protection.

I don't understand the relation. Perhaps if you went into detail or articulated it a little better.

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
Plots, which allow the person who buys them to be the only one to edit them, are extremely annoying with the towny system. The only sell-able plots are 16x16 'chunks' that are preset, and won't necessarily fit your walls for example. Suba is most likely saying that this form of chest protection is compensation of sorts. Correct me if I'm wrong Suba.

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
So since we don't like the way that one system works we exploit another? Seems counter-productive.

I can see how that can be an issue for Mayors, but fixing a zoning problem with a clear exploit I cannot condone.
Is that the case you are making, Suba? If so, I don't think that it is a viable one.

The job of leaders is to problem solve, but not at the expense of game dynamics, fairness, or game submersion. Find another way to fix the "Chunk" problem and don't allow this. It is not a balanced fix. Running a Nation/Town is not easy, find more creative RP centered solutions.

I am not familiar with the "plots," as much as I would like to. (Still going back to my problem with these forums. Lack of Information and rules; What plugins are we using, ect)
It seems to me that you would lay your plots, than construct your city walls. Citizens that did purchase the outside plots might pay a little less for- the location, because one of their walls would have to be defensive and for the city. Location, Location, Location!!!!!! This, ONCE AGAIN, is something that could be RP'ed on this PR server.

Like I said before, city planing is essential. You can't just build a square and say "here"! Citizens are going to have to sacrifice somethings, to reap the advantages that come with citizenship. Sometimes is is at the expense of their Tacky, Ill designed home.

(I still think it is a bit off topic)

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
The plug ins we're using should be on the minecraft forums topic where you applied. I may have to check again.

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
Someone should copy and paste/Sticky that into an INFO/RULES section on the forums!

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
I didn't call for that, and we didn't come up with an actual rule against these chests? >.>
(Bring this up in the mod forums, public doesn't need to hear these kind of complaints from a mod)

RE: Store Protection = Anti-RP?
They do if they were banned for it. Like Sonic was. And Nfmous threatened to ban me for it. And your towns full of them.
