Teamspeak Meeting tomorrow

Hello ladies and gentlemen!

As you might have noticed, the server has been lacking player activity recently. We really hope to fix this ASAP. Tomorrow is our monthly meeting and we've decided to make this one public, because the community is what it's all about after all!

Time: 12 NOON PDT / 3 PM EDT / 21:00 CEST Saturday

Location: Kiwike Teamspeak (kiwike.se, default port)

Everyone will be able to tune in and listen to the meeting and comment our retarded decisions in the chat.

If you have any ideas of things that should be discussed, please let us know in this thread

So do we not allow the VD to come? I am being serious about this do we let them or not

also i cant come i have to go to football game i am in marching band

The agenda is super flexible so we can add anything others feel is absolutely necessary.

Also, only staff members will be able to speak at any given time to stop it from getting too crazy. People will be able to type though, in case something radical comes up. In the end and at any point someone thinks they'll need to speak to get their point out the best, we will unmute them.

I know it seems strict, but I'm definitely seeing what I mentioned as being lax.

This is a great way of the staff continuing to control everything the way they have for the past three months; minimal effort, complete control, and abstract dedication.

The absentee staff will still be making the calls - what they don't like to hear won't be acknowledged. Why should the staff that has contributed nothing in weeks still be given authority and voice over all that have been active? All of a sudden when their positions are in jeopardy they come online to give us all the answers and hear our pleas? Decisions may be made, and actions may be taken - but in the end we'll have the same moderators who do nothing but what they are forced to do.

That's exactly why we need a switch up - otherwise nothing will change. Honestly, the only one who should really be making decisions here is yottabyte - Droid, you've been almost as bad as most of the moderators in this case and need to let go of the patronizing approach.

The community's voice needs to be heard, not filtered or judged.
