Sweet, I'd love to see it be without the whole gain more world chunks. Why? Because it turns into one nation capturing half the world and then 3 or 4 others taking all the land in the other half. Maybe you could have it so your capital city gains all the worldblocks in the biome you make it in, then when your nation gets another town, (that is on a biome next to or connected to the biome you have from your capital) it captures that entire biome. You could also create a way to make outposts that wouldnt take up an entire biome but would add more world blocks to your already owned area. Think Zerg, you have to place a creep thingy from your queen inside your creep to increase your building room or spread your creep, something like that. An outpost would have to be some sort of fort with predefined definations for what makes a fort. Such as you could make them be military forts, scouting outpost, small town with a few houses and central building (like an NPC town, buildings inside could be owned by random members of your nation and would simply be someones "vacation home" or how ever you wish to describe it), some sort of embassy. All of these could have different rules to what makes them an outpost and would increase your nation outward say 4 worldblocks all around.
Atleast this would stop the whole make one line accross the world and you now own it all.

I have to disagree with asdf. We don't need any of the chunk captures at all. It quickens the maps end, and leaves no room for others to make a nation, or to keep the server alive. I hated it in Revamped, and I'll hate it if you do anything similar to it again. Oh, and I sure as hell hope nomads can come back.
