Dont try to ignore the fact that others who have 'duped' in a much more extreme way than gingerton have been unbanned before, If we're to have a fair staff we should relate to what others were banned or unbanned for and give a similar sentence to others who do it. Also, the Emeralds can simply be removed, leaving gingerton with less than what he had before duping that is an easy thing to resolve.

I didn't say you should unban them all , It's just that you're biased in this case. Don't justify bias with other bias.
And Gingerton no , you're just plain dumb. Trying to say we dupe just because we made a town? Nope.

Doesn't the administration realize how bad this makes them look? Many people are already concerned with your bias towards many situations and this is only making it worse , If it was someone from Talenn You wouldn't give a shit. Why should you give a shit now? If anything this doesn't want to make people play , knowing the administration is a corrupt , bias piece of crap.

Your negligence is humiliating, 2 out of the 5 from your town were previously unbanned for duping, and the staff can honestly say that these people were unwanted players of the community at that point, but by being fair and unbaised we decided to unban them. But now you say we're unable to do the same for gingeron?

No Gira, We didn't want asdf to be unbanned. The only person we did want unbanned at that point was Ian, but seeing as they were all active players who had learnt there lesson we decided to unban them. you cant expect us to have a fair system if one month you expect us to unban a large group who duped, then the next you say a single person who duped less then this group should be banned for what he done. That is what's not fair Gira.

Never said I could be a better moderator , I wouldn't like to be one either. But to be a moderator you should be unbiased at all times - Why not make a mod people like Cell? , Crashlander04?. So far the best moderator is BVC , as he seems to be the one coming up with all the positive input into the server and to my knowledge is the most unbiased of all the moderators. And DJFuzz , You unbanned them because they had payed money - not because it was the "FAIR" Thing to do.

And Djfuzz , Why did he dupe in the first place? He had seen in previous ordeals what it would lead to and he still did it. Clearly he doesn't respect the server and it's rules and therefore should be banned. And infact he duped more than the group combined. If I recall the total stacks of blocks ASDF's group had duped amount to something like 5 stacks? Whilst Gingerton's was 20.
