I like public servers more, there's usually more people on them already. If say a few kiwike people start on a self hosted server it'll always be those people and it'll get dull pretty fast (no alliances to form, wars to fight etc). Unless we of course start kiwike anew and try to recruit new people.

Pretty much what party said. I'm not interested in Minecraft, but if you guys want to make an effort to get the community together, it'd have to be on an established server. Doing it on alexander's or crash's would be pretty much the same as if I started a new kiwike server. Activity for a few days, then people get bored.

And there may or may not be more or less corrupt admins

Yeah, public servers would be ideal. I think we definitely could do a kiwike only server, but if not everyone plays, it would get really boring quickly. With a public server, we wouldn't need everyone to play, just enough for a town or something.

These threads really mess with my head man. I know nothing like this is ever going to happen but damn the idea of Kiwike ever getting back together in whatever way gets me wet in certain places.

It definitely would be possible to get us together, we just have to find a server and all just decide to get on. I'm sure if one or two people got on, that others would follow.
