Matam1 fate in the Cornerstone
As a mayor of Fyrstone I am hurt to hear that Matam1 was conspiring with the Thieves guild, but I am also sad to see the town without him, as he was enthusiastic in developing it
Therefore I would like to propose a solution that may benefit us all - I am ready to welcome him back into Fyrstone and look after him for the time being. If other towns of the Cornerstone empire are against this idea we could agree that Matam1 is not allowed into any of the other Cornerstone towns and can be killed on sight there.
Please let me know what you think

RE: Matam1 fate in the Cornerstone
And seeing that NLewis, in fact, DIDN'T put up a fair trial just further reinforces the power of Cornerstones terrible and unfair justice system.
If NLewis gave me a chance(you know, like a trial) instead of just banishing me (Which i highly doubt he has any power to do so without confirmation) I think we would all be better.

RE: Matam1 fate in the Cornerstone
Bah, I was on this list and have I taken any heat whatsoever from all but one idiot who can't argue? No. And there's no reason to. Matam is just fine, I have no idea why he would be shot out like a defective product. Anyway, Matam1 should have a retrial with a better judge and perhaps some of the horrid Cornerstone laws need to be changed.

RE: Matam1 fate in the Cornerstone
There is a difference between thief and ex-thief. Please refrain from attacking former members of the guild, even though they are no longer performing thefts attacking them on account of former membership is an act of war on the guild and will be punished accordingly.

Once a thief, always a thief. Its war.

By all means, you have my cooperation if it comes to war Sun. Even if I never actually stole anything and am no longer in the guild, I feel it's a matter of being civil to help out if it comes down to it.

RE: Matam1 fate in the Cornerstone
NLewis, your idea of justice is skewed to bias and myopic standing.
I had also asked politely for this "trial" to go onto the forum, as in have the trial go somewhere in the cornerstone section, seeing that my connection to Kiwike tends to disconnect frequently. Therefore, you can't say i refused to start a trial. I simply wanted it to be in a place that i could view much more easily.
The idea of forever being tied to the title of a thief is understandable, however it doesn't mean they can't get a new title. Yes, true, past actions should never be forgotten, but they must be forgiven and moved on.

An intriguing argument, Matam. With your level headed argument, I wonder what NLewis is trying to achieve now...
