Connection refused: Connect

I was just on the server less than twenty minutes ago and had to leave because of lag. I tried to get back on and both forms of the IP make this message come up. I just joined today and now I can't play. D:

Yeah that happens a lot. Don't worry, it usually goes away after a while. Server is having serious issues.

Sorry, that happens when the server crashes. We figured the recent crashes were caused by a plugin we had just installed as well as the player Zilky joining. The fix to that was removing the plugin and banning Zilky.( Sorry Zilky! )

But yeah, it sucks but it will be reduced a lot by the server upgrade that we have ordered.

Zilky will be allowed to play later on correct? He is a member of my town and as the mayor, I want all members to be able to enjoy the server.

I doubt it actually. Like 95% of the times he joins the server crashes, and he usually joins when I'm away and can't start the server. I know banning him isn't nice but rather have everyone but one play instead of having no one play :/

He was on plenty of time when I've been on. I think you should find a solution instead of being fine with this. I would help but have no knowledge of servers and coding and etc.

Well I don't knowing what is causing it so it's hard to find a solution. Sad

Well, right before i started having the problem, I got kicked off the server with the warning "Illegal Stance".

Not sure if that will help, but please, try and find a way for me to join back in.
