Server update

Just updated the server:

Updated Bukkit to b860. Includes a lot of bugfixes
Residents now spawn at their town.
Nomads spawn at their bed.
/towny map is fixed
Upkeep is now payed once every week. Nation upkeep is 30G, town upkeep 10G. (May change very soon)
Moderators can create towns again
Removed the MIDI players, they were just for the wedding
Removed FalseBook
Added gates and bridges (short guide coming soon!)
Updated plugins: WorldEdit, iConomy, Towny, HomeBed, KiwiBank

We won't be keeping the annoying Mayor/Emperor tags, seems like Towny did some unexpected changes recently. Working on it.

Yes, this will save a lot of money and people can concentrate on something other then mining.
