DDoS attacks are pretty hard to prevent... With a botnet big enough you can take down any site or server.

Thankfully they are relatively harmless and unimpressive, a DDoS attack is little different than just having a bunch of people go to a website and hit the refresh button until the site crashes.

Not server related but I think everyone should do this just to be safe. As you might know the idiots at Lulzsec decided to post 62,000 username-password combinations. This is getting ridiculous and needs to be checked on.

Someone from Reddit added all the emails from the 62k list.
