Looking for new mods!

Good morning people! The server has grown really fast the last couple of weeks, and unfortunately, most of our mods has either left or are very inactive. I'm pretty sure that me and Nfmous are the only active mods right now. Therefore, we are searching for new mods!
If you have coding experience that's even better, since me and Nfmous are kinda busy already and we have some stuff to get done the coming weeks.

We do not want mods who just want it to be able teleport to people, kick people they don't like, as well as the respect that comes with it. We do not want mods who are it just because they get all the premium stuff and more for free. We don't want mods who never speak to the other people in the team, that are just on the server and mess around.
We want mods who contribute to making the server a better place by staying active on the server, doing what they're supposed to, keep up with the forums as well as stay in touch with the other mods, in either the admin section of the forums or through MSN.
Also, you are more likely of becoming a mod if we have seen you much around the forums and ingame. If the only reason you play on this server is because you want mod status... we do not want you here.

Age is not a criteria, rather maturity. There are 13 year olds who are more mature and make more sense than some 20+. This does not however mean that a 11 year old kid who just learned to speak english can become a mod, you need to have good grammar and be understandable.

If you wish to be a mod on our server, send an email to containing the following things. Also try to make it more personal, don't just copy pasta and fill in the stuff, line by line.

• In game name
  
• Windows live messenger mail (required)
  
• Reason
  
• Why should we choose you?
  
• Previous mod/admin experiences
  
• Time you bought minecraft, knowledge on the game itself
  
• For how long you have been playing on our server, and SMP in general.
  
• Are you willing to help us with the upcoming project, Kiwike 2.0? (needs writing for website & forum, coding, building etc.)
  
• Activity (do you have a life, how much?)  
  
• Time zone / country
  

Also a note, being a mod we have some pretty strict rules:
You cannot go around RP with godmode on, only put it on if you are helping someone or doing something that doesn't include RPing.
Don't heal yourself all the time
Don't heal others
Don't kick people because you don't like them in general
Do not ban people without any valid reason, and please tell us the reason if you ban someone.
Don't do teleport requests (hey man can you tele me to that guy), if someone needs help, rather teleport to them (put godmode on if you wish) and help them.
Don't give out free stuff.
Treat everyone the same. You cannot have "favorite" players who you help all the time. Try to focus on helping new players get started
