Why was i banned. i cant say idc cause i do or else i wouldnt be doing this but i have moved on and want to know why i was banned for no reason besides being hated and stirring up plenty of trouble.

Well, what I see is a simple issue here. An issue of talking/flaming. A good way to really stop all of it would to simply let Jyan still play but mute him from everything, no OOC, no Local, nothin. Of course idk if thats even possible xD

To put it more advanced: You disobeyed the rules several times, invoked much raging, and didn't ever learn your lesson. I don't think you should be unbanned, ever. Even if you change, examples need to be set.
