Why am I banned?

I just logged on to the server and boom:
You are banned from this server!

So my question is why?
Because I stole a KiwiShip? (It's legal, right?)

I hope somebody can explain it to me.

I don't know the real reason why you were banned.

Also, stealing a tethered ship will get your license revoked, not a ban.

6) KiwiShips
Kiwike has many custom plugins to offer. One of those is the esteemed KiwiShips, where one takes control of a ship, and flies through Kiwike airspace, fighting, selling doing practically whatever you like. It sounds very nice, however, there is a cloud of confusion surround many aspects of the plugin. Such as:

6.1 Stealing ships is ok, however..
Should a ship be tethered, meaning it is stuck to the ground by a material that counts as part of the ship, and cannot take off while attached to this block, and somebody remove that tether, leading to ship's theft, the tether's space may be checked, and the culprit's license may be taken away. If the player in question doesn't have a license, he will not be eligible of getting a license for some time.

I stole a KiwiShip without removing blocks, so thats legal.

But I think that wasn't the reason.

If you stole a ship without removing blocks, how did Suba find your name?
