Reason I got banned: "Copyright infringement, corporate espionage"

You're making another server. Red11 is a mod on that server. Your website layout, and a lot of other things are exact copies of our own. More over, we've caught wind of you guys trying to recruit Kiwike members.

We don't like that, and we'd rather you not take more ideas from us before you leave.

Why do I deserve a second chance?:
Oke, I have a server, nothing wrong with that, is it?

I placed a banner in my signature, because I though it was allowed. But now I have read the rules a bit better, I saw it wasn't allowed, and my banner was removed. Problem solved.

The Wordpress theme is the same. Why?
Not because I want to duplicate your server, just because it is a cool theme. And the Kiwike theme looks different . Yotta said it self:

I never tried to recruit new members for my server. (Except the banner in my signature, which is removed now)
My server uses different plugins and rules, I haven't used any of the Kiwke content.
If you find something which is "Kiwike Content", tell me, and I will change it.

So I will change things which are against the Kiwke Copyrights, but can I get back on Kiwike, I really love the server. And I'm for about 5 months a member and always loved it, I would never spy for another server.

You can't permaban people just because they play minecraft on two servers and use a particular wordpress theme on their websites can you? That seems rather absurd...

Same wordpress theme, same mybb theme.

Your main wiki page is a complete copy paste from the Kiwiki, with the exception of the server name changed. The server information page is also a complete copy, server hardware changed to the worse though. The donate page is basically ripped from Kiwike, the structure and some parts of the text is just a copy paste work.
Try harder.

Your server is spying on Kiwike, trying to get RedRover to mod status so you can get into the deeper workings of Kiwike and potentially bring us down from the inside. [/conspiracy mode] We don't like what you are doing, we are banning you. It's very simple.

Because it's a good CMS, and the theme is just awesome, but my theme doesn't even look like the Kiwke theme, does it?

Because I used to work with it for other forums I made. And my theme is totally different.

It's the only wiki software I know.

So I think my server and site are totally different.

And whats wrong with playing on 2 servers, nothing!

And about RedRover, minefor2, GoldenSurfer and DJPrinceCap:
They are mods and admins on my server. You know why?
Because I know them in RL! There my friends!

So don't blame me for stealing your members.

And listen to the Kiwike members, they think it's ridiculous, if your a good mod/admin, listen to your people, like a king listen to his folk.
