Tullius Peace Proposal

For peace between Nova and Tullius to be restored the following must be complete.

1. Novan citizens do not come to Tullius unanounced.
2. No killing between both sides and their allies.
3. 12 stacks of wool to remake Lenera, the ship stolen during a raid.
4. Two Stacks of Iron Ignots.
5. 10 diamond swords.
6. Any other stolen goods returned to their owner.
