"I'm done! i cant do this anymore!" thornax shouts at squiggley, mano, and all the other inhabitants. "You people can't go a day without getting in some sort of arguement!" He runs outside of the city walls... never to return.....
As thornax trudges through the pouring rain he thinks to himself about the future, "maybe ill join this new_grand ive heard whispers of...." he stops and shelters in a cave for the night and writes in his blood a promise,

I, THORNAX OF THE HOUSE OF VOLJIN, WILL NEVER AGAIN TAKE LORDSHIP. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TAKE ANY HONORS OR COURTESIES. I WILL NEVER MARRY OR BEAR SONS AND DAUGHTERS. FROM THIS DAY FORTH I SHALL BE A BROTHER WITHOUT BANNER!

thornax then falls asleep, and dreams.........
